It's been a long and extremely tough way for our family to immigrate to Canada. I retained Helena and Dimitri to handle my application for permanent residency, they are very resourceful and offered various ways to approach my case. Long story short, it took about four months from the moment I started gathering my documentation until I received the invitation to apply, my process will be successfully finalized in the next few weeks. Dimitri is a very thorough reviewer, maybe more than immigration officers, which is extremely helpful to avoid any mistakes in this intricate process. I had an amazing experience with Elena! Two times I tried to apply for visitor visa for my mother by myself, and both times got visa denied. I collaborated with Dmitri on my application for permanent residency for me and my family, he was a very experienced professional and helped us save a lot of time by advising us to give him only what was really needed in terms of paperwork and tips to gain us time. It took us 3 and a half months to get landing from the time of application for provincial nomination and federal application included. Dimitri is a perfectionist and i felt he took our case so seriously like it was his own which made me feel more safe. Alis immigration was very professional and very easy to reach at any time and I could find them on the phone at any time and ask any questions i had. We had a pleasure to work with Alis Immigration in 2019 and had plenty of support during all stages of the work permit process. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, our collaboration was abrupted. From my experience with other Immigration consultants, it is usually takes time and effort to return a deposit, but, to my surprise, in this case all the amount was returned promptly and with no problems despite on a fact, that some of the services were provided.
